Our executive chef Tommy Kim, who is a water aficionado, absolutely went nuts over how refreshing and delicate the sparkling was, in addition to the clean, soft feel of the still. He has the best palate I have ever seen, so his opinion really mattered in deciding to move forward with this product...
The bottle itself is stellar and we have already had numerous requests by the guests to take the bottle home with them...
Overall, this water is the best I have tasted and I am proud to offer it to our elite guests and members, especially since it is so unique. It is funny that something as simple as water can help re-define the direction of a restaurant, but it is with us. Well done and I hope to have this water as a staple for years to come...
