Waiwera Competition Terms and Conditions

- 1. Promotion ends 30 April 2010.
- 2. Prize draw will be made on 5 May 2010.
- 3. To be valid, all entries must be either a fan of our facebook page “Waiwera water” or be following us on either of our twitter pages “Waiwerawater” or “Waiweranz” at the time the price is drawn. Valid entries subscribed to both social networking sites will be entered in the prize draw twice.
- 4. All entries must provide a valid “twitter” and/or “facebook” user name to be entered into the prize draw. Usernames must be valid at the time the prize is drawn.
- 5. The first valid entry drawn will win 52 cases of Waiwera Artesian Water.
- 6. Prize will be delivered as 4 cases every 4-weeks, starting the week after the prize is formally accepted by the winner. The winner may opt to pick up the prize, or any remaining undelivered portion of the prize, by contacting the promoter in writing.
- 7. Prize is not transferable and cannot be given as cash.
- 8. One entry per person.
- 9. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 10. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail. If the winner is not contactable within 21 days of the prize draw the prize will be redrawn, until such time as a winner is notified.
- 11. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
- 12. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 13. This promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of the promoter, immediate families and or associated companies, suppliers, agencies and printers involved with this promotion are ineligible.
- 14. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion or to amend the promotion conditions without notice.
- 15. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes.
- 16. The personal information requested must be provided for a valid prize claim. Unless you have indicated otherwise, entry into this promotion in deemed to be consent to the promoter using your personal information for the purposes of this promotion, as well as for future promotional and marketing purposes.
- 17. All entries remain the property of the promoter, who will hold the information securely. You have the right to access the information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
- 18. The promoter cannot be held responsible for prizes not delivered due to incorrect or inaccurate address details.
- 19. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
- 20. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to any of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
